Easy and convenient to rent a storage. I only wish this facility had moving carts to make the move easy. Even if we have to rent the cart out, it makes the move in process less stressful. Overall I would still recommend.

The unit I got wasn’t easily accessible no Dollie’s or carts to use and I couldn’t drive up to the unit. I did so much walking back n forth once I was able to finally get the code ti the lock on the unit to move in … it was a very frustrating getting everything set with many phone calls n no one on site to help

There are no employees at the storage unit. Just a large kiosk so that I could do all the work. I was given the last unit at the opposite end of the entrance and there aren’t any dolly’s or push carts at the facility so I had to carry heavy items, one by one. It took forever. I was also given a storage unit that is known to flood and was never given a choice to choose a different one.

I did not need a climate controlled unit, but the only 10x20 online was climate controlled. I had difficulty getting the first piece of furniture around the corners and into unit. A 10x20 unit is expected to have a 10x20 clearance. I still have a piano to move in and am not sure how that will go. In addition, when I called to reserve my unit I was told I could receive a $20 discount monthly for AAA. When I called the next day to verify I was moving in and give payment info I was told you have no such discount. This should be made clear.

My family has been using 3 units over the course of 6 months during a long, drawn-out move. I have been to storage weekly during all these months to work in the units, cleaning and organizing. There was a period of weeks when the gate was not working properly or was left completely open. I called in my concerns and it did take several weeks to get this problem fixed. But since it has been fixed, there have not been any other issues. The facility is clean and the indoor units are conditioned so our belongings have kept well despite crazy NC weather extremes. I also love the variety of carts made available to move things easily in and out.

I was a customer for about four months. The location is very convenient. However, this is an unmanned facility and customer service is lacking.They have gate problems and I found myself locked out on more than one occasion. I sent two letters of complaint as email attachments to customer service. They were ignored. I sent a third letter telling them it was unprofessional to ignore communication from customers. Still no response. Don't plan your move on a weekend. There is no maintenance on the gate on weekends and if the gate isn't working.......well, too bad. I was told to come back on Monday!!

I love the ability to move in by kiosk , the units are nice and clean and easy to get too. The only complaint I have is this is the second time I’ve rented there and both times my first call went to an answering service and when I asked about the first month free offer on the sign they weren’t aware of it and instead of trying to find out they just told me it didn’t exist . When I spoke to a 10 Federal employee tbe next day it was quickly resolved.

Kiosk is very problematic. The confirmation code emailed was not the same as the one emailed. Payment options were not working and there was nothing about insurance. When we called, the woman was very helpful but it was a long process. It was unclear that the unit required a physical lock and then the lock we bought didn’t fit son recommended size would be helpful. Pricing and the unit itself though are good.

The process to reserve a storage unit was easy enough. The wait times to speak to a customer service rep was 10-15 minutes. Called a few times. In addition, the confirmation emails were unclear, specifically, directing me to the web page to finalize the reservation, which could not be done. Thus prompting me to call customer service, who informed me that the confirmation is done by phone on move in day. Directions need to be clearer. Further, on move in day the gate was open. It remained open all day, so I wonder why there is an access code to gain access to the gate which was open. Finally, I would have liked to select my unit, not assigned on. There were plenty of unit options and I was placed at the furthest location.
